WHAT TYPE/BRAND OF SHIRT WILL I RECEIVE? All of our shirts are printed on heavy weight, 100% cotton tees. We print on Gildan brand shirts for men and women.

WHY ARE SOME SHIRTS PRICED DIFFERENTLY The larger shirts such as XXL and 4XL are more costly to produce because more material is required. Think of it as a 9 ounce steak versus a 12 ounce. Mmmmmmmm…meaty.

HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT SIZE SHIRT TO ORDER? Click on the "Size Chart" link next to the shirt size option of the product you would like to order. Our t-shirts are regular sizes (i.e. no muscle fit tees…thank goodness) and are preshrunk, so the size you would normally wear is the size you should purchase from us.

WHAT IF IT'S TOO BIG? That's what she said. (yes you can exchange it)

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE SHIRT(S) I PURCHASED? Absolutely. We stand behind everything we sell and want you to love your shirt! In the event that you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the purchase date. Please let us know by e-mail or phone before returning the item. When returning an item, please make sure to include a note that specifies whether you would like to be reimbursed or sent a new shirt. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us, and we will be responsible for shipping the item back to you.

NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot accept washed and/or worn shirts as a return or exchange.

WHAT IS THE METHOD OF SHIPPING? Our methods of shipping are USPS (United States Postal Service) mail and UPS (United Parcel Service). The USPS Priority is the preferred method but it is entirely up to you. In most cases, you will receive your shirt in two or three business days after it leaves our location. Because we keep our shirts in stock, we can ship very quickly to you.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority International mail. International customers, please be aware that you are responsible for customs fees associated with your order. These orders can take anywhere from 6 to 10 business days.
*NOTE: All orders are shipped from our location in Jacksonville, Fla.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? The cost for shipping and handling within the continental United States is $5.55 for the first shirt and $1.90-$3.00 for each additional shirt depending on where it is going. Most of our domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail as it is much cheaper than UPS.

Due to the many issues with delivery using first class international mail, we are only shipping International orders by Priority mail or UPS (for Canada).The cost for shipping and handling has increased to Canada is $23 for the first pound (price may vary depending on location and weight).

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

After you have selected the items you would like to purchase, go to your cart and click "CHECKOUT" to enter your billing and shipping info.
Please make sure your billing info is accurate. This will prevent errors in the online credit card processing. The validation of your credit card info is important to prevent fraud and un-authorized purchases.
As a safety measure, we will call you if your purchase is over $100 to ensure that you are in fact the person who placed the order. All information received at is encrypted when credit card payment is being processed and no credit card information is ever stored on our server.
If you would like to use Paypal we can email you a PayPal invoice. Please call or send us an email listing the items you are interested in.

WILL MY INFORMATION BE SECURE? Spam is so not cool and fraud hurts us all - that's why we don't rent, loan, sell or distribute your information or our newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your personal information such as e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering and checkout process, they are used for order confirmation purposes only. During your checkout you are required to input your credit card info. We never store your credit card info.

That is the reason returning customers have to type their credit card info in again. (That is the part of the information we do not store)

CAN I PAY WITH A CHECK? We realize not everyone wants to pay with a credit card, which is why we gladly accept personal checks and money orders. If you choose to pay for your order with a check or money order, please print a copy of your order/invoice and include it with your payment to the address below.
