Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept any orders over the phone. As a safety measure, we may contact you if your purchase is over $100 to ensure that you are in fact the person who placed the order.

Is it too late to change my order?

If you have received an email confirmation from us with a tracking number it's most likely too late to change you order. If not contact us and we will try to sort it out.

Do you send a confirmation email?

We send a confirmation email when you place the order and when the order is shipped. If you don't have it check your spam folder.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship. We try to ship everything the same day it is ordered. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you asap.

How do Pre-Orders and Backorders work?

Sometimes we offer a tee on a pre-order basis and we ship the tees when they are printed. You will typically get a discount for pre-ordering an item. If an item is backordered you will see that it is marked backordered on the product page. We strive to keep backorders to 10 days or less.

Is my information secure?

Yes our site is secure! We use a secure server and encryption to ensure that all the data is collected in a safe and professional manner. At checkout or anytime you are logged into our site, will notice that the URL begins with "HTTPS". The S in HTTP"S" means that the communication is encrypted and secure. No credit card information is stored on our site at any time.

What is a cookie?

Good question. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in the user's web browser while the user is browsing. This helps keep track of stateful information on the web. What happened to the coupon codes?

Coupon codes are are pain! Nobody likes coupon codes, mail in a rebates and anything else that gets between you and the actual price. We make it easy, just add items to your cart and our system will automatically give you the deal. No ninja skills or secret handshakes required. We want you to come back.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer USPS First Class and Priority mail for domestic and international delivery. We chose the USPS because they can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. They're also pretty affordable. To get an idea of your shipping costs just add something to you cart and put in your address. We do not offer Next Day/Express shipping at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class mail or USPS Priority International mail. These orders can take anywhere from 7 to 15 business days depending on the county we are shipping to.

What about the duties & fees?

International customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees and or duties associated with your order. If an order is not delivered or refused due to customs fees, bad address or whatever we will not refund the shipping costs. We will refund your order minus the shipping costs after the goods are finally returned to us. So please make sure your address is correct (Apt #, suite #, direction ect.) and you understand the duties and fees you are responsible for.

How do I track my package?

When we ship your order we send you an email with the tracking number in it. If you don't have it check your spam folder. You can also access your tracking info in your order history within our site.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I exchange a shirt?

You may return or exchange your item within 21 days of the purchase date. We make it easy just enclose a note telling us if you need a different size / style or if you need a refund. You are responsible for shipping the item to us, and we are responsible for shipping the item back to you.

Please, pretty please ensure the item(s) are in sellable condition. (We hate to have to say this but here goes.) That means un-washed and un-worn other then trying them on. Items marked with make-up, pet hair or anything else will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, perfume, deodorants, detergents or anything else will not be accepted.

How do I return a shirt?

You may return your item within 21 days of the purchase date. When returning an item please include a note that specifies that it is a return. The refunded money will go back to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. In short the person who made the purchase will get the refund.

The returned item(s) must be is sellable condition as stated in the exchange section above. The address is the Returns & Exchanges address above.

My shirt/order is wrong. What do I do?

Oh crap! Send us an email letting us know the details (pics can help too) and we will get it fixed. We will ship you the item(s) you need and enclose a postage paid envelope to return the other items. You will never have to pay for shipping to fix our mistake. We try to get it all done correctly but we're only cyborgs.

Shirt Sizes & Product Info

How are your shirts printed?

All of our shirts are screen-printed. It's old school, requires skill and is still the best way to get a long-lasting print on a shirt. All the printing is done right here in Jacksonville Florida. Your purchase is supporting a small business; it's employees and their families. Not some jerk-offs shipping from China. Oh, did I say that?

What type of shirt will I get?

All of our shirts are 100% cotton. We use Gildan and Bella brand tees for most of the designs.

  • Men's tees are traditional fit (full cut not fitted) and are made of heavier 5.5 oz cotton. The heavier cotton and full cut makes them more shrinkage resistant.
  • Women's tees are super-soft 4.5 oz combed cotton and fitted (Junior-Fit). The fitted tee tends to run a bit smaller so if you are between sizes we recommend going up to the next size.

How can I make money with you guys?

There are a few ways to work with team at T-Shirt Bordello. We have an affiliate program through ShareASale. If you have a blog or Facebook page with lots of traffic it can work out well. You also get a free tee when you are accepted into the program. We also sell our tees wholesale. Just sayin.

What is an affiliate?

An affiliate is someone who advertises on their site for another site. It's a marketing arrangement by which an online retailer (that's us) pays a commission to an external website (that's you) for traffic and sales generated from the visitors and referrals. You do not have to have you own site. The affiliate's site can be Facebook, a blog or even twitter.

What that means is T-Shirt Bordello will pay you a 15% commission every time the referral results in a sale. For example, someone visits your FaceBook page or blog and clicks a link to our site and buys something you get paid. Cha–Ching! As long as they make a purchase within 6 months you still get paid!

We use the ShareASale platform as they are very reputable and easy to use. No programming skills needed. We promise.
