HOW DO I DECIDE ON A SHIRT SIZE TO PURCHASE?
Click on the "Size Chart" link next to the size listing on the item page. Our t-shirts are regular sizes and are preshrunk so the size you would normally wear is the size you should purchase from us.
WHAT TYPE/BRAND OF SHIRT WILL I RECIEVE?
All of our shirts are printed on heavy weight 100% cotton tees. We print on Anvil, Hanes, and Gildan shirts for men and Bella for the ladies.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE SHIRT(S) I PURCHASED?
We stand behind everything we sell and want you to love your shirt! In the event that you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the purchase date. Please let us know by email or phone before returning the item. When returning an item, please make sure to include a note that specifies what you would like us to do. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us, and we will be responsible for shipping the item back to you.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Our method of shipping is USPS Priority mail. In most cases you will get your shirt in 2-3 business days after it leaves our location. Because we keep our shirts in stock we can ship very quickly to you.
Our method of shipping International orders is USPS 1st Class International mail. International customers please be aware that you are responsible customs fees associated with your order. International orders can take anywhere from 6 to 10 business days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST?
All of our domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail. We want you to get your shirts fast and love them forever.
The cost for shipping and handling within the domestic United States is $5.55 for the first shirt and $1.70 for each additional shirt.
The cost for shipping and handling to Canada is $6.00 for the first shirt and $2.00 for each additional shirt.
The cost for shipping and handling for International orders is $11.00 for the first shirt and $2.00 for each additional shirt. International customers please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees associated with your order.
*Note* This is a flat rate and covers the shipping charges along with our handling fees.
WHY THE SHIRTS AREN'T PRICED THE SAME?
The larger shirts such as XXL XXXL are more costly to produce because more material is required. The ladies are more expensive due to the tailoring of the shirt.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Tshirtbordello.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders. Please no foreign currency. After you have selected the items you would like to purchase, go to your cart and click "CHECKOUT" to enter your billing and shipping info.
Please make sure your billing info is as accurate as possible. This will prevent errors in the online credit card processing. The validation of your credit card info is important to prevent fraud and un-authorized purchases.
We will be calling you if your purchase is over $100.00 to ensure that you are the person who placed the order. All information is received at Tshirtbordello.com is encrypted when paying by credit card or Paypal. If paying by Paypal, click "submit Order" and you will be directed to Paypal's secure payment page. If you already have an account, log in and follow the directions. If you do not have a Paypal account, but would like to pay with Paypal using a credit card, you still can. After your payment has been processed, you will be directed to an invoice page with details of your order. It is advised that you print a copy for your records.
CAN I PAY WITH A CHECK?
We realize not everyone wants to pay with a credit card, that's why we gladly accept personal checks and money orders. If you chose to pay for your order with a check or money order, please print a copy of your order/invoice and include it with your payment to the address below.
